The BACKHUS Windrow Turners significantly optimize the composting process and reduce it from twelve to approximately two months. During the turning of the windrows the material is loosened and its structure and moisture content is homogenized. The core and peripheral zones are also optimally mixed and blended. Simultaneously, the material is gently and continuously decomposed while it is adequately supplied with oxygen. The material discharge then creates new windrows.
Shredder TEUTON Z 50
The TEUTON Z 50 shredder has replaceable shredding tools, which can be exchanged quickly and easily. The (standard) Multi-Grip tool is intended for use with green waste, recycled wood, bulky household and commercial waste, plastics and even sleepers, while the Root-Grip tool can be used to further increase output with materials such as roots or shrubs.
Trommel Screen Terra Select T 60
The TERRA SELECT T 60 mobile trommel screen achieves impressive throughput rates. With a drum length of 5,500 mm and a drum diameter of 2,200 mm, screening capacities of up to 200 m³ per hour are possible.
The optional extra-long fine grain belt is a unique distinguishing feature that will improve your working procedures. With a length of 8,060 mm, the fine grain belt increases the bulk cone formation by up to 80% compared to conventional fine grain belt lengths.
